Self Love comes in all shapes, sizes, experiences, and it can get pretty deep. I’ve been on an incredible journey of self-love this past year and it has really taught me so much about how we can change our immediate environment just by changing the way we think about things. I have been able to cultivate more self-love within, by including neuro-linguistic programming. Which is a fancy way of saying that I up-leveled my thinking and internal dialogue. I’ve increased vitality by changing the way I approach sustenance. It’s not counting calories, it’s choosing things that are full of life to begin with and allowing that energy to transfer to me. I’ve created rituals that help me remain grounded, but also highly creative.

Now I want to share all of this with you! I put everything I learned together into an introduction into a new kind of holistic lifestyle upgrade. Self Love Sanctuary - 21 Days to Create a Self Love Lifestyle is a unique challenge like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. It challenges you to try new things and perspectives, to open your heart and mind to new possibilities, and helps you remember to fill your cup first.
